Wipers of precise surfaces

Type S heavy duty wiper in a stainless-steel profile. Wiping profile of PU 85. Suitable for wiping large volumes of chips and liquid on precise surfaces, blade stroke 1 mm. Type S can be fitted with a pre-wiper of flexible stainless steel.
Type E Easy Click wiper for standard applications. The wiping profile of PU 80 is fitted on a steel profile with screw holes. It is suitable especially as a wiper of guide-way surfaces under telescopic covers. The wiper excellently follows the wiped surface with the blade stroke of up to 3 mm
Cast wipers are characterized by high preciseness. The wiper is made of NBR on a steel profile. Cast wipers are mainly designed for serial production

Surface wipers 

DSP8 wiper for small telescopic covers with a stainless-steel supporting profile for welding. The SLP8 wiping profile of the PU85 material is replaceable. The wiper is available in a version with integrated attenuation.
DSP12 wiper for medium-sized telescopic covers with a stainless-steel supporting profile for welding. The SLP12 wiping profile of the PU85 material is replaceable.
DV12 wiper for large telescopic covers with a stainless-steel supporting profile for welding. The SLV12 wiping profile of the PU85 material with a big blade stroke is replaceable.
LP8 wiper for small and medium-sized telescopic covers with a drawn supporting profile for welding. ST1 wiping profile with optimized geometry and reduced passive resistance is replaceable. The wiper is available in a version with integrated attenuation.
LP12 wiper for medium-sized and large telescopic covers with a drawn supporting profile for welding. ST1 wiping profile with optimized geometry and reduced passive resistance is replaceable.

L type wipers for versatile use

L type wipers for versatile use are made of NBR. These are wipers with a vulcanized wiping profile on a 500mm long steel supporting profile.
Types: L12,5, L14, L18, L25, P01, P02, P03

FB-D1 wiper with a pre-wiper. The wiping material is Viton, attached to the supporting steel profile by vulcanization. Viton is highly resistant to wear and it is protected from chips by a stainless-steel pre-wiper.
